Booking information
Our prices are per person and day with half board in winter with 3/4 board and from a minimum stay of 4 days.for less than 4 days we charge 6.- Euro surcharge. For rooms with breakfast we deduct 8,00 Euro from the half board price!
The room is available from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
Reservations are only valid in written form. 30% of the stay will be charged as a deposit to confirm the room.
Your reservation is only definite with the payment of a deposit. You can pay the deposit by means of an online transfer using the payment button on this page or by transferring it to our bank account.
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code! Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations are only valid in written form!
In case of cancellation 40 to 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit of 30% per room will be retained. In case of early cancellation, the deposit will be credited for a later date within the current season.
for cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed full price will be charged.
In order to minimise inconvenience in such a case, we recommend that you take out reasonably priced travel cancellation insurance at the same time as booking.
In case of early departure or late arrival, we ask for your understanding that we will charge the room price of the booked stay.

Of course, we will make every effort to re-let rooms that have become vacant in order to avoid expenses for everyone.
If a booked room is occupied by fewer persons than reserved, the price for the number of persons booked applies!
For children staying in the parents' room, there is a reduction of :
100% up to 2,99 years
Children 3- 4,99 years 20.-€
50% from 5. to 8,99 years of age
25% from the 9th to the 14th year of age
This reduction is only valid for two full-paying guests and 1 child per family and a stay of 4 days or more.
10% reduction in an extra bed from 15 years onwards
Supplement for double room as single use per day € 15,00 - € 30,00
From 01.01.2024 a local tax of 2,90.-€ per person and day (children under 14 years are exempt) will be charged.
We make every effort to accommodate all of our guests' room requests. However, we can only confirm the room type, but not the floor or the exact room number.
Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival or no-shows as well as early departures will be charged 100% of the holiday price.
All prices and details have been checked carefully and several times. However, printing errors, mistakes and changes are reserved. If the price information in the written booking confirmation differs from the current price list, the prices and general terms and conditions of the current price list always apply in case of doubt.
